Cocktails, Dinner & Auction

7:00 pm to 11:00 pm at ODEUM Event Space

Ticket price is $85 per person and can be purchased here or by cheque using the order form available in the office. All HMS parents, present or past, as well as adult alumni are welcome.

Tickets must be ordered no later than Saturday November 10th. Orders placed by midnight on Saturday November 3rd, will be entered into an Early Bird draw. Winners’ ticket fees will be refunded (max 2 tickets).

The Gala: Cocktail Party & Dinner

Please join us in the ODEUM Event Space on the Lakeshore for our Annual Gala Dinner & Silent Auction. The evening begins at 7:00 pm with a cocktail party with appetizers, followed by a sit-down dinner and dessert at 8:00 pm. A welcome cocktail is included in the ticket, followed by a cash bar for your enjoyment.

The Fundraiser: Silent Auction and More!

The ticket price for the Gala reflects the full cost of the event. We rely on the fundraising portion of the evening to enrich the educational opportunities that our children enjoy, to contribute to the community building activities that we host, and other special projects. We will process winning bids at the event, so please be prepared to settle your account onsite and bring your items home with you. Wine Raffle: Are you wondering how you can contribute to the Gala Fundraiser? Our wine raffle has been a great success in past years. Please consider dropping off a wine donation in the front office by November 8th and put your name on the wine donors list. We will group the donated wine into bags containing 4-6 bottles, and will draw winning tickets until all of the bags are gone! Watch the lobby for updates on donations and draws. Tickets for the Wine Raffle are $5 each or 5 for $20. Order forms will be in the envelopes with your invitation. Draws will take place during the Gala. Winners not in attendance will be notified and their wine will be held for pickup at the school. Please complete a ticket purchase form and return it to the PA box in the main office with your payment.
